Fixing the west in general and Britain in particular requires electing genuine conservatives. There are three reasons why that won’t happen. 1) There is no such party. 2) The powers that be will make damn sure there never is such a party. 3) People living in socialist counties become institutionalized and there is no guarantee that they would vote for such a party anyway.
A problem arising in the difference between Common Law and Napoleonic Law perhaps?
Common Law: an individual can do anything that is not prohibited, hence freedom of speech.
Napoleonic Law: people may only do (or say) what is permitted by the state
Britain used to be Common Law but got sucked into the Napoleonic Law of the EU. I wonder if TTK wants to cosy up to the EU so that we may continue to do ‘only what is permitted’?
