Who Are We?The Samizdata people are a bunch of sinister and heavily armed globalist illuminati who seek to infect the entire world with the values of personal liberty and several property. Amongst our many crimes is a sense of humour and the intermittent use of British spelling. We are also a varied group made up of social individualists, classical liberals, whigs, libertarians, extropians, futurists, ‘Porcupines’, Karl Popper fetishists, recovering neo-conservatives, crazed Ayn Rand worshipers, over-caffeinated Virginia Postrel devotees, witty Frédéric Bastiat wannabes, cypherpunks, minarchists, kritarchists and wild-eyed anarcho-capitalists from Britain, North America, Australia and Europe. Ahhh.. The strike must be over.
Ross Maartin – V funny!
But a welcome return.
Sadly, though, the also brilliant Fjordman has announced the closure of his blog. This is a loss. He is articulate and witty in English, his second language, and a great Viking commentator on the situation in Europe and Britain today.
But great to have the Froggie back!
Hooray!
Truly good news.
Dear Diss, although I can’t understand this first technical post, I have posted your come back on another blog. Yours is the only blog in French and in English that I know about. Thanks again.
And thanks to Verity for telling us about Fjordman, I’ve posted his address on a French site too.
…because Fjordman discribes very well the events of last November in France as well as in Denmark, and call them “war”. It’s very comforting for us.
Uh, oh. I think I need a new handle. . . .
